Pricing & Process

Pricing & Process

We charge by the hour, and how many hours a job takes depends on the property. Here is where the hourly rates start, what sets the final figure and how you get a firm quote in three steps.

Starting Prices

Where Prices Start

Guide rates for private homes, per hour. How many hours a visit takes depends on the factors below — which is why we name the final figure once we know what is involved.

A flat-rate quote is also possible, depending on what you need.

What Sets the Price

Four Factors, No More

So you can follow how a quote is put together instead of guessing at it.

Size

Square metres, number of rooms and how many bathrooms are involved. This is the single biggest factor.

Type of clean

Routine upkeep is a different job from a deep clean or a handover after moving out.

Frequency

One-off, weekly or fortnightly. The more regular the visits, the less work each one takes.

Condition

How much has built up. After building work or a long gap, the first visit takes longer.

Regular Cleaning Costs Less

Booking weekly or fortnightly costs noticeably less per visit than a one-off clean: less builds up, and each visit takes less time. How much it comes to in your case is set out in your quote.

The Process

Three Steps to a Quote

  1. Send your request

Tell us briefly what is involved: the property, its size, the rhythm you have in mind. A few sentences are enough.

  2. We look into it

We go through your details and come back if anything is missing. For business premises we visit the site.

  3. A firm quote

You get a written quote with the price, the scope and a proposed date — normally within 24 hours.

Enquiring for a business?

Offices, medical practices, hotels, restaurants and property managers are calculated individually — by floor area, frequency and access, usually after a site visit.

A few details are enough, and you get a quote we hold ourselves to.
