How a Quote Comes Together
There is no price list for commercial premises, and for good reason: two offices with the same floor area can mean very different amounts of work. We calculate along three factors.
Floor area
Square metres, number of rooms and what is in them. An open-plan office is quicker than the same area split into 20 individual offices with washrooms and a kitchenette.
Frequency
Daily, three times a week or once a week. A higher frequency noticeably lowers the effort per visit because less builds up — so the price per clean falls with it.
Access
When we can work and how we get in. Cleaning during business hours takes longer than after closing; key handover, alarm systems and lift access all shape the schedule.
